One of the most important things I’ve learned is the value of the people around me, especially when it comes to my professional life. For the important decisions regarding my career and professional growth, there have always been people — some I don’t even know that well — who have taken the time to listen to my concerns and offered their advice and guidance.

Without them I know I would be far more stressed out and probably a lot less successful.

I hope I always remember the people who have helped me — and I hope even more that I  always remember to pay that kindness forward.
